Chicago educators: Free mammoth and mastodon viewing at the Field Museum

Chicagoans appreciate the quality of the museums available to us here in Chicago and the Field Museum is no exception.

Free educator viewing

Tomorrow, Tuesday, March 9,2010, from 4-7 P.M.at  the Field Museum, staff will take you back to the ice age to meet mammoths and mastodons and "Lyuba", the best preserved baby mammoth in the world.. The viewing is intended and geared for educators and will include activities and free resources appropriate for teaching Kindergarten through 12th grade.

This educator viewing meets ILS goals 11,12 and 13 and you can earn 3CPDUs.
