Allagash Brewing Company, The Bruery and Solemn Oath will be rolling out their rarest beers, two each, at the world famous Map Room. The lists aren't finalized, but our three breweries have agreed upon strict regulations as to what those beers are allowed to be with nothing that is typically available in the Chicago market. Yup, blood oath style.
Nobody knows why goats scream the way they do. It's as if they have little humans trapped inside them and we hope the discussions from this cold January night will help answer that question. Because if we can't understand why these cute little bovids call out to us like they about to be violently hatcheted to death on a mountain top, how can we truly understand ourselves?

Learn about the recipe, brewing process and finished product from contest winner Adam Harth and Brewmaster Nick Barron. Participants will sample the new suds and anyone that orders a Goose Island draught brew that evening will receive a keepsake glass.
