Dogfish Head Hellhound on My Ale & Evil Twin Yang. Hellhound is a super-hoppy ale that hits 100 IBUs in the brewhouse and 10% ABV. It's dry-hopped with 100% Centennial hops at a rate of 100 kilos per 100 barrel brew-length. Can you tell we're stoked for this mighty musical centennial?

Brasserie by LM is hosting a beer pairing with Hopothesis Beer Company. The traditional French Brasserie will offer a prix fixe menu, which includes beer pairings for $20 per person, not inclusive of tax or gratuity. In addition, Guests will have the opportunity to talk with and learn from the Hopothesis Beer Company Brewmaster, who will be at the restaurant from 5 to 9 p.m. Check here for the menu.

The Cellar is partnering with La Trappe to host a Pour It Forward event to raise a glass of beer while raising money for Evanston's downtown School for Little Children.
The Cellar will pour the first 40 La Trappe Jubelaris Tappist beers free of charge, then $9 afterward. All beers poured will receive a drawing ticket, with additional tickets available for $1. Drawings are held every hour for La Trappe products including one bottle of Oak-Aged La Trappe Quadruple.
Guests are also given the option of buying the La Trappe goblets for $5. All sales from drawing tickets and glass purchases go directly to the School for Little Children.
