Do you know why Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta and Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo were the favorite beach destinations in Mexico for Christmas 2013 holidays? Well, just because they’re true paradises on earth! So, if you have not been there yet, you may include them in your list of places to visit before you die.

These three Mexican resorts are located on the so-called golden coast at the Pacific Ocean. This means that you can enjoy a wonderful warm weather along almost all the year.

Los Cabos is a world-class tourism corridor in the south coast of the Baja California peninsula –where the Pacific meets the Mar of Cortés- which is becoming an icon vacation place for hundreds of Angelenos, as well as for too many Americans who run away from the winter every year.

Some publications worldwide featured Los Cabos in 2013 as one of the most chic beach destinations. This Mexican vacation center competes with renowned exclusive resorts in the Caribbean or the Mediterranean Sea. However, in Los Cabos you choose how expensive or cheap your tour will be, because there is fun for every purse.

Visitors love scuba diving in Los Cabos crystalline waters, the golf clubs and the nightlife, but there are lots of activities to enjoy.

On another side, the colonial architectural style and cobblestone streets of Puerto Vallarta make this old village a perfect and romantic destination for all kinds of couples -take notice that it is a gay-friendly town! Some people travel there just to watch the sunsets at the beach, although it has a vibrant outdoor's life which may include whales sighting.

If you're not chic or romantic, but you're addicted to sun and water sports, you'll love Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo. It's a traditional beach destination to relax and enjoy great tours between an area full of luxurious resorts (Ixtapa) and a peaceful ancient little village (Zihuatanejo, or Zihua as it is also known).

At last, it does not matter what is your paradise style because you’ll get what you are looking for in Mexico’s beaches.
