Chevy Chase, John Cusack, others star in 'Hot Tub Time Machine' (with video)

Here's a  scene from the forthcoming 'Hot Tub Time Machine'.  Chevy Chase is in it, too.

"Hot Tub Time Machine" stars John Cusack, Chevy Chase, Craig Robinson, and a bunch of other funny-as-hell people.  The film-- which concerns a group of dudes past their prime going back in time with the help of a hot-tub, of all things-- is coming soon to a theater near you, and now there's a trailer for the film.  Guess what else?  It's right down there, below this paragraph.  What are you waiting for, my gentle Examiner readers...

There's plenty of anti-Chevy Chase action going around these days, what with the actor's career resurrgence on NBC's "Community" and...well, that's really all he's doing.  But with the rumor going around that another "Fletch" and "Vacation" film may be in the works, "Hot Tub Time Machine" may the beginning of Chase's triumphant return to movie theaters.  Check out the trailer for that film right here:

In case you didn't bother watching the trailer above, here's the plot synopsis on "Hot Tub Time Machine" from the ever-reliable Wikipedia:

A group of unsatisfied men (John Cusack, Rob Corddry, Clark Duke, and Craig Robinson) return to the ski resort where they used to party when they were younger and get thrown back in time to their younger days in 1986 in their Jacuzzi.

For those that care about where their comedy comes from, the director on "Hot Tub Time Machine" is Steve Pink, whom you may recall directed the other immature/funny comedy "Accepted" (which, if we remember correctly, was kind "meh" overall).  Stay tuned to the Comedy Examiner's Office for more on this hilarious-looking film as it becomes available.  If Devin Faraci's writeup on the trailer (over at Chud.com) is correct, the film is said to be "so raunchy that green-band trailers can't do it justice".  We'll take more of that, please.

Stay tuned, and while you're waiting, we encourage you to check out these other recent articles from the Comedy Examiner's Office:
