Brian's exclusive forecast for Annapolis: Mostly clear and cool overnight with a low in the upper 30s to lower 40s. Light northwest wind. Mostly sunny and pleasant on Monday with a high in the mid 60s. East wind around 10. Occasional clouds on Monday night with a low in the mid 40s. Mostly sunny on Tuesday and slightly cooler with a high around 60. The outlook for Wednesday calls for clouds and sun with a high in the upper 60s to near 70, and becoming mostly cloudy on Thursday with a high around 70.
High pressure overhead will allow for temperatures to fall into the upper 30s to lower 40s by Monday morning. Meanwhile, a weak cold front will move through the region during the day on Monday. The frontal passage will be uneventful except for a few clouds. Our weather will be pleasant on Monday as temperatures rebound into the mid 60s. High pressure near the region on Tuesday will allow for dry and slightly cooler conditions as highs climb into the upper 50s to lower 60s, but a return flow around this high will bring in warmer air on Wednesday and Thursday with many locations breaking into the low 70s by Thursday afternoon. A stronger cold front will approach the bay on Thursday night. Showers will break out across the region Thursday night into Friday morning, followed by drier and much cooler conditions on Friday and Saturday.
On the Maryland portion of Chesapeake Bay, there are no advisories in effect. Winds tonight will come out of the northwest at 10 knots with waves around one foot. Winds on Monday will come out of the north at 10 knots with waves around one foot. Winds on Monday night will come out of the northeast at 10 knots with waves around one foot.
