Cheryl Burke talks about season 16 for ‘Dancing with the Stars’ and the new cast (Photos)

Cheryl Burke says she still gets excited just before the new season kicks off on “Dancing with the Stars” even though there have been fifteen of them already. According to a Feb 12 report by Fox News, the professional dancer says she can’t wait for the next season to get started.

In an appearance on GMA on Tuesday, Feb 12, Cheryl talked about her concerns about her potential new dance partner who has yet to be named.

“I just hope I like my partner because you’re either going to love each other at the end of the day or you’re just going to hate each other,” she said. “It’s stressful. It’s seven days a week. It’s full on. It’s eight hours a day.”

The celebrity cast and their partners are being kept a secret until later this month though speculation is running rampant. The only confirmation Burke would share is that Lindsey Lohan will not be among the celebrities appearing on season 16 of “Dancing with the Stars.”

Cheryl told the GMA crew that she loves seeing the “new celebrities come on that have never danced before.” She enjoys the process of watching someone who has never danced before become a dancer by the time the show is over. So do the fans.

The next season of “Dancing with the Stars” premieres March 18.
