Cheryl Burke pounds: Dancer shares her secrets to weight loss

Cheryl Burke has lost a ton of weight and looks amazing. She was seen out in a bikini not long ago and her fans were shocked at how great she looked. US Magazine shared some of the pictures of her and also her secrets to weight loss. She took off 15 lbs. and it was not just from dancing considering how much she does it.

She shared that she had tried every single diet out there. Cheryl wasn't able to keep off the pounds with those diets though. She did what most people would call the yo-yo diet. The dancer would lose weight and then gain it back every single time. She got tired of it and really wanted to keep the weight off for good.

Cheryl actually decided to switch to what is called "clean food." She stopped eating all of the processed junk out there and also cut down her portions. It worked for her and she took off 15 lbs.
