Cher fans got the privilege to hear the star live on Monday morning. The entertainer performed for the Today Show at Rockefeller Plaza in Manhattan. When Cher took the stage she had the fans singing along as she belted out her hit Believe. One of several singles the artist performed, the event was to promote her new album Closer To The Truth.
“Guess IT Wasn't As Bad As I Thought?” tweeted Cher from her official Twitter account after the performance. “Wait, Let Me Rephrase THAT...I Diidnt Hit Notes, Hit Some Fat, Sharp, Missed BRIDGE on IHYFI, PPL R KIND.”
While technically it wasn't part of the famous morning show summer concert series (that ended a few weeks ago,) but the fans didn’t mind the cool autumn air as they waited to see the star perform a free concert. Announcing her Dressed To Kill Tour the star will be traveling the country for her new album. Phoenix fans will see the first show of the tour in March.
