Chelsea Raine is the local author of Twisted Dream, Dead Moon published by Iuniverse. This is the first book of a four book series. What is the book about? It is a captivating read of romance and suspense. Isla Van Burren is the average American girl. She is a hairdresser that still lives at home with her parents. Much to her surprise she meets a nightclub owner that she is completely drawn to. This results in her consulting a psychic for a tarot card reading. That reading reveals what is to come in a way she does not understand at the time. The love of her life is Jonathan Daine. Will he give in to his desire of passion or his thirst as a vampire?
In addition to the book signing at Sideline Café on May 20th, the second book Islathon is available for pre order. Twisted Dream, Dead Moon is $21.00 per copy; portions of the proceeds are going to Feed The Children at http://www.helpfeednow.com/. A 100-copy quota is needed on the second book.
The movie, Twisted Dream, Dead Moon, is scheduled to begin filming in the local Richmond area in August of this year. It is being produced by Emmanuel Artis of Frontline Productions. The soundtrack for the movie is currently in the works.
