Chelsea Handler appeared on Tuesday night’s “Watch What Happens Live” with host Andy Cohen on Bravo, a show tailored to getting celebs and reality stars alike to dish some dirt. Chelsea did not disappoint this week when she unwittingly jumped into the fray between Taylor Swift and her new nemeses Tina Fey and Amy Poehler. She went further to say Taylor dates so much because she's a virgin. Handler, 38, then once again took aim at longtime target Angelina Jolie by saying, “She seems like a demon”, according to Us Weekly yesterday.
Chelsea Handler tried to be diplomatic about Swift's recent comment in Vanity Fair, that basically Taylor thinks there’s a “special place in hell” for Tina Fey and Amy Poehler because they don’t support other woman.
Swift was responding to Fey and Poehler’s poking fun of her dating history at the Golden Globes in January. Chelsea told Andy Cohen, “I think that was a bold statement, but I'm not on anyone's side because I just don't care enough”.
“I like that she's being that vociferous about something that she thinks they were out to get her. They were clearly making a joke just about her demeanor, which is embarrassing. I mean, she's just dated so many men”, Handler added.
Chelsea couldn’t resist putting her two cents in as to why Taylor Swift goes through so many boys. She believes it’s because she’s a virgin. “Every guy thinks they're going to devirginize her, and they're not. She's never going to get devirginized, ever, ever, ever, ever”, the “Chelsea Lately” host joked.
On the topic of Angelina Jolie, Handler has never held back. The fact that Chelsea is close friends with Jennifer Aniston clouds the fact that Chelsea began her Angelina bashing long before they became pals.
Perhaps their mutual distaste for Jolie is what bonded them in the first place. Chelsea has called Angelina a “home wrecker” and a “f--king c--t”. She toned things down in a 2012 magazine interview when she explained that she just doesn’t find the 36 year-old Academy award winner “trustworthy”.
“She seems like a demon”, Handler told Cohen Tuesday night. “It has nothing to do with Jennifer. As a woman, I know when you see somebody walking across the room that's a bad girl. I just don't like Angelina Jolie”.
