According to The New York Post, Chelsea Clinton will wed Marc Mezvinksy at the former home of John Jacob Astor, who died on board the Titanic, on July 31.
Speculation has increased over the summer as to the whereabouts of Chelsea's wedding. Martha's Vineyard appeared to be the front-runner until recently.
The historic Astor Courts estate is in the small upstate New York town of Rhineland, population 8,000. Local real estate agent, Chuck Ferri, told the Post, "I know this is going to happen. It's a done deal."
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told Polish television over the weekend, regarding Chelsea's wedding, "It truly is the most important thing in my life right now."
Astor Courts provides perfect seclusion for a high-profile wedding, according to Ferri. "It's hidden, easy to secure and just majestic," he said.
Chelsea is currently a Columbia University graduate student and Mezvinsky is an investment banker in New York.
Chelsea was born in Little Rock and spent her first 11 years in the Arkansas capital. She lived in the Governer's Mansion in Little Rock while her father, Bill Clinton, was Arkansas Governor, until the family moved into the White House in 1992.
