Chelsea Clinton buys $10.5 million apartment in historic Manhattan building

Chelsea Clinton and husband Marc Mezvinsky have purchased a $10.5 million New York apartment, according to the Daily News on March 14. Their new Manhattan pad boasts incredible views of Madison Square Park which is right across the street.

The former first daughter and her husband of three years will be living in the lap of luxury. Their new apartment is on the second floor and features five-and-a-half bathrooms with Italian marble (click here to see picture), four bedrooms, a contemporary kitchen, a home office, oak floors and a terrace. And there is elevator access to the nearly 5,000 square foot dwelling.

Chelsea and Marc’s new apartment is located inside the historic Whitman which was built in 1924 and has been totally renovated (click here to see picture). The building has a gym and a full-time doorman.

The couple reportedly found the place on their own “while out walking” and have already given Chelsea’s parents, former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, a tour.
