Chef Vic Casanova Gives Summer Update to Gusto's Menu

Executive Chef Vic Casanova, owner of West Hollywood’s Gusto, has updated his already pristine menu yet again. The menu is a collection of Chef Vic Casanova’s bold inventive Italian, incorporating the best ingredients at that moment. At Gusto we pay a great deal of respect to Italian tradition however we are in Los Angeles and are not afraid to push the envelope. The concept is Free-Range Italian.

Increasing the small plates, crafting different sauces for his always hand-made pasta, creating an entirely new course of entrées, and adding on another dessert, Chef Casanova is truly utilizing the freshest of ingredients for these summer months. PICCOLI PIATTI

Lacinato
Shaved black kale, ruby red grapefruit, red beets, avocado, pistachio & ricotta salata

Gusto seats up to 38 diners in its dining room, and we are centrally located on West 3rd St. between Orlando & La Cienega.
