On Thursday, May 15 Terranea Resort will hold the third dinner in the Chef’s Cooking Series led by Executive Chef Bernard Ibarra.
Themed Fleur de Sel, the dinner will feature dishes made with Chef Ibarra’s handmade sea salt including an hors d’oeuvres cocktail hour, followed by a seasonally-inspired three-course dinner served with wine pairings by Silver Oak. The dinner will benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
The menu will be crafted by chefs from Terranea’s on-property dining destinations including Executive Chef Bernard Ibarra, Chef Alessandro Serni, Chef Joseph Luna, and Executive Pastry Chef Pierino Jermonti with each course introduced by the presenting chef.
Silver Oak Winery will feature Twomey Sauvignon Blanc, Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2009 and Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2005.
