Chef Dale Talde Teams Up With Mrs T's Pierogies

It's always great to see a successful chef take a detour from the high energy culinary trails they usually embark upon to walk a quieter and simpler path. This is the case for Dale Talde who twice appeared on Bravo TV's Top Chef program, was the Chef de Cuisine at Buddakan in New York City, and is currently at Talde, Pork Slope, and Thistle Hill Tavern. He has created some exciting and easy to prepare recipes for Mrs T's Pierogies like Pierogies Carbonara, Smoked Salmon & Everything Pierogies and Kale Mac & Cheese Pierogies. And since there’s no potato mashing and no dough to roll, these recipes are easy to make, and still have that delicious homemade taste.

Mrs T's makes delicious pierogies which are available in the freezer section in many grocery stores. They make several types such as plain potato; cheddar and potato; 4 cheese blend; potato, spinach, and feta; and more. There are 11 varieties in all. Just boil and serve with butter or turn it up a notch by using Dale Talde's recipe ideas. Doesn't a Reuben Pierogies dish sound delicious?

Visit Mrs T's Pierogies on Facebook (Facebook.com/mrsTsPierogies), Twitter (@MrsTsPierogies, and Pinterest (Pinterest.com/MrsTsPierogies) for delicious recipes and usage occasions. The suggested retail price ranges from $2.49 to $3.29 per 16 ounce box. Try some!
