
These are edible, but not too much of a recipe. Make these with your children and serve them with your favorite pasta or meat dish.
Cheese Snowflakes
- Shredded parmesan cheese, 8 ounces
You can shred your own with a good piece of Parmigiano-Reggiano, rind removed. Or, you can use bagged cheese.
Line a cookie sheet with no-stick foil.
Preheat oven to 375*.
Drop cheese by tablespoonfuls onto lined sheet, at least 2 inches apart. Spread out a little bit until semi round.
Bake for 6 to 8 minutes. Let them cook a bit and then remove from foil.
