
Have you eaten at Red Lobster? Don’t you just enjoy those cheese biscuits they serve? If so, give this recipe a try! They are a great replica.
Cheese Biscuits
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp parsley, dried
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2/3 cup milk
Butter topping:
- 2 tbsp butter (salted)
- 2 tsp parsley
- 1 shake of garlic salt
Preheat oven to 400*.
Line a cookie sheet with no-stick foil.
Into a large bowl add: Bisquick, garlic powder, parsley and cheese. Mix.
Add in milk and stir until combined.
Spoon dough onto prepared pan, by heaping tablespoonfuls.
Bake 10 minutes.
While baking, prepare butter mixture.
In a glass bowl, melt butter in microwave.
Add parsley and garlic salt. Stir.
Spoon onto biscuits that have cooked for 10 minutes.
Place biscuits back into the oven for 5 more minutes. (Biscuits will bake a total of 15 minutes.)
Eat warm!
