Back in Jan 2013, video game writers in the social media predicted what would be the top new gaming system of this year and what the most anticipated game was going to be. If you happened to predict that Disney Infinity was going to take over, you were right!
Video game social media websites across the globe are going crazy right now with high score reviews about Disney Infinity!
Here is what the media have said already:
"Disney Infinity attempts something really ambitious: translating the principles of the childlike way in which we play with toys into a video game." - IGN
"It’s a game where Pirates of the Caribbean’s Jack Sparrow can race Cars’ Lightning McQueen through Cinderella’s castle. It’s a game where Monsters U’s Sully can dodge behind The Lion King’s Pride Rock while having a paintball fight with The Incredibles’ Syndrome. It’s a game where The Lone Ranger’s Tonto can shoot Aladdin’s Palace Guards before leaping off a skyscraper and using a wingsuit to glide to safety. It’s a whimsical merger of genres and settings and worlds--the perfect celebration of the past, present, and future of Disney." -Games Radar
"As a parent, a gamer, a Disney fan, and a collector, Disney Infinity is basically my wallet’s worst nightmare." - GT
Do you really need anymore websites to say how great of a game this is? Of course you do, but that is not this one. This article is to inform you that you can actually view different characters on a television screen at your local Best Buy store in the McKinley Mall! They have an aisle of Disney Infinity items, like the characters, power discs, toy character holders, and of course the game. Best Buy even has a really cool display that allows you to place a single toy on a platform to see what it does.
And to top it off, Best Buy placed the latest and greatest game, Disney Infinity, right next the game that it is forever going to destroy: Skylander Giants. So if you are planning on making a trip in the McKinley Mall at some point, make sure to stop by and buy Disney Infinity with as many characters as possible because with social media only talking about this game, the product is going to fly off the shelf.
