Coming into seasonality this May are various greens such as arugula, kale, collards, and spinach, broccoli and cauliflower, asparagus, cabbage, onions and scallions, snow peas, and carrots, to name a few. But most importantly, strawberries are ready for harvesting! These bright red berries are gracing almost every stand at the market, and their fragrance completely permeates the air. I dare you to visit the Nashville Farmers' Market and not buy a pint or two!
