If you are looking for a fun and interactive place to take your child, or perhaps to enjoy a family picnic, then Bison Park in Castle Rock has all you are looking for.

They offer a unique park setting with different play areas designed for different ages. There is a toddler area where the equipment is geared for 2-5 year olds. This area offers a smaller play set with 2 small slides, a small climbing wall encased in a fire truck structure. There are objects to slide around on the structure and additionally large musical instrumental type structures for your child to interact with.

There is another area for younger children to enjoy that includes a sand pit with different play house type structures surrounding it. There your child can scoop up sand and watch it fall through various holes and bowls in the structures.

For the older kids there is an even larger structure with a tunnel slide, rock wall and more. In addition there is a circular merry go round that is very unique. It is built on a slant and uses gravity to pull the kids around. There are slides and swings and a structure that resembles a skateboard half pipe where you can sit or stand and slide up and down a metal pipe.

For the family, there is a large picnic area, tennis courts and a lot of green space to explore.There pavilion area is available to rent as well. Located on Clear Sky Way this park is a great place to spend some time in the great outdoors.
