Now thanks to A&E we can pack our bags for an all new vision inspired by the original film in Bates Motel. The series serves as a contemporary prequel to the original film and takes viewers on a journey inside the life and mind of Norman in his teenage years and his complicated relationship with his mother.
The series stars Freddie Highmore as Norman Bates and Vera Farmiga has his mother Norma Louise Bates as well as Max Thieriot, Nicola Peltz and Olivie Cooke.
