Chatterbox Audio Theater presents Partridge's Perfect Present

On December 12, 2010, the cast of the Chatterbox Audio Theater presented Partridge's Perfect Present live at the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art. Families can now listen to the entire show on the Chatterbox website free of charge or download the podcast to an iTunes account. In this story written and directed by Marques Brown, Partridge is leaving his pear tree to visit his family for the holidays. But before he arrives home, he is determined to find the perfect gift for his loving parents. On his journey, he'll meet several feathered friends who will help him find exactly what he's looking for.

Based in Memphis, Tenn., Chatterbox Audio Theater was created on a very low budget by four very creative friends. Chatterbox creates fully soundscaped audio works for free streaming or download. With rare exceptions, Chatterbox shows are recorded live, with manual sound effects and as little post-production editing as possible. Chatterbox is a nonprofit web-based community theater that advances the exchange of ideas by channeling creativity and artistic collaboration into recorded audio works that enlighten, entertain and inspire.
