Chattanooga police search for shooter, victim in good condition

Chattanooga Police were searching for the man who shot local man Danny Leffew late Monday evening.

Police said Leffew was treated at a local hospital for a gunshot wound to the hip around 10 p.m. Monday. The injury was ruled non-life threatening, a police spokesman reported in a news release.

The incident occured at 7401 Goodwin Road.

Police are asking any witnesses or people with information about incident to call 423-698-2525 or Crime Stoppers at 423-698-3333.
