My children and I loved our time at Antioch's The Learner-Centered School (TLCS) which is now called the Antioch Charter Academy. It was definitely worth sleeping on a cold, wet lawn with dozens of other families trying to get into the county's first charter school.

It was a pleasure helping compile this nationwide directory. www.examiner.com/x-6741-SF-Family-Examiner~y2009m9d13-Charter-schools-101-Charter-schools-in-the-east-SF-Bay-area
