Kendall Jones is not just a cheerleader at Texas Tech University. She's also a big-game hunter and the latest target of Diane Warren, an award-winning songwriter who supports PETA. On Wednesday, Twitchy reported, Warren issued a tweet calling for the cheerleader to be killed.
"I wish someone would hunt that texas (sic) cheerleader b***h animal murderer and hang her head in a lions den," she said on Twitter. Warren later deleted the tweet, but Twitchy captured the message for posterity.
Warren, however wasn't finished showing the world just how much she hates Jones.
"[T]hey should post a pic of pieces of her laying on the ground surrounded by the lions that ripped her apart," she said in a tweet responding to a poll by PETA.
Jones, the Today Show said, came under fire after she posted photos of animals she's hunted on her Facebook page. According to her bio, Jones shot her first animal -- a white rhino -- at the age of 13 while in South Africa. Since then, she has returned to Africa several times.
But anti-hunting liberals got upset over her pictures and started a petition demanding Facebook remove her page. The page still exists, and has grown from 89,000 likes on Tuesday to over 268,000 likes on Thursday.
"Wanna come shark hunting with me? I was figuring we'd use blood to attract them and throw your b***h (expletive deleted) self overboard," one person told the wrong "Kendall Jones." Apparently, it's too much to expect some hatemongers to get the right target.
The real Jones, however, defended her actions with a post on Facebook in which she explained that a rhino she shot was not killed, but "darted and immobilized in order to draw blood for testing, DNA profiling, microchip ping the horn and treating a massive leg injury most likely caused by lions." She also explained that a lion she shot was inside a 45,000 acre fenced-off area.
This isn't the first time Warren has called for people to be killed over a dead animal. In April, she wished death on Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, after he posed with what appears to have been a tiger skin rug.
In February 2011, we first said that liberalism, at its core, is an ideology of rage and hate. On practically any given day, liberals like Warren prove that assertion correct.
