Charm City LGBT Film Festival at the Patterson

Billed as "2 days of the best queer film!," the Charm City LGBT Film Festival at the Patterson promises a diverse selection of dramas, comedies, musicals, documentaries and genre-bending films from around the world, including playwright Madeleine Olnek's Codependent Lesbian Space Alien Seeks Same which premiered at Sundance last year to very good reviews. Potential highlights include the Indonesian action extravaganza Madame X and the aforementioned Codependent Lesbian Space Alien Seeks Same, which follows the adventures of lesbian aliens banished to Earth because their emotions deplete the ozone layers of their own world.

Tickets are $10 per film, Creative Alliance members $5. Three screenings for $25, Creative Alliance members $12.
