The Second Annual Charm City Folk & Bluegrass Festival is scheduled for Saturday, April 26 in Druid Hill Park in Baltimore. In January, you can get a ticket for $57. Prices rise $10 in February. A limited number of VIP tickets, which provide extra perks (better viewing area, food, beer, a special entrance, tent access, etc.) cost $120, $150 after Feb. 1.
Headliners include Grammy Award winning dobro player Jerry Douglas, who plays with Allison Krauss & Union Station. Check him out on the attached video.
Other acts on the bill include Sierra Hull, Audie Blaylock & Redline, Ken Kolodner & Brad Kolodner, Noam Pikelny & Friends, Chris Eldridge & Julian Lage, Cris Jacobs, Trace Friends Mucho and Mad-Sweet Pangs.
Other acts will be added to the bill, including a local contest winner.
The festival starts at noon.
$2 of every general admission ticket will support the Howard Peters Rawlings Conservatory in the park.
