Charlotte Knights offer fireworks and fun this holiday weekend!

Baseball remains the national pasttime and you don't have to travel too far out of Charlotte to have a great time at the ballpark.  The Charlotte Knights, who actually play in South Carolina, are home for Memorial Day weekend and they are planning many family friendly activities.  This weekend the triple-A Knights take on the Indianapolis Indians.

Friday, May 28th is Free Stuff Friday
The game starts at 7:15pm and the first 2,000 gifts get a free gift from Homer, the Charlotte Knights mascot.  Kids 12 and under will get a FREE Homer Growth Chart poster.

On Saturday, May 29th the game starts at 7:15pm and features fireworks afterward!

On Sunday afternoon, May 30 head to the ballpark for a 2:15pm game.  Following the game, the kids will be allowed on the field to run the bases.  Of note,  on Sunday, all active and retired military personnel receive $4 off regularly priced Lower Level Reserved tickets. Show your military ID at the box office.

Going to a Knights game is very affordable.  Upper level seats generally start at $7/person and field level seats at $13/person.  Tickets can be bought online or at the stadium.

Take me out to the ballgame, take me out to the crowd!
