The Charlotte Health Center is offering a free workshop about nutrition on Monday, July 7, 2014 at 4012 Park Road, Suite 103 in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The Nutrition Workshop will be held from 6:15 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. and will help attendees learn more about nutrition. While the workshop is free, seating will be limited so be sure to get a ticket now.

The workshop is taught by Dr. Matthew McAlees and will cover the following and more:

  • Avoid the dangers of modern nutrition
  • Permanently change the way you and your family eat
  • Transforms the way you look and feel, getting you to an ideal body weight
