Charlize Theron takes on a new type of role when she is seen in Prometheus. The forthcoming movie was a topic of discussion at the Comic-Con 20th Century Fox Panel on Thursday. As a guest, Theron was joined by the other cast members of Prometheus to talk up the movie and share some details.
"She's a suit, essentially. She's kind of the machine that runs the machine, that takes this mission into space," Charlize Theron told the audience.
What Theron shared with the crowd was more in detail of her character. While the movie has been kept under tight wraps, even the clip didn’t share much as there was only a hint of alien development and a naked scene of Theron.
"At first, she comes across like a suit, very cold and frigid, it seems that it's all about the economics for her,” said Charlize Theron. “She doesn't really come from one side or the other, she's not a scientist or a believer. She runs a tight ship. But you can tell that she's going to be a problem."
While the entire plotline wasn’t revealed to the crowd, the excitement of what lies ahead on this movie was still prominent. Prometheus hits theaters in June 2012.
