Charlie Sheen has a lot going on in his life at the moment -- he is filming "Two and a Half Men," preparing for a court arraignment on March 15, and he's also having to fend off rumors left and right about his marriage to Brooke Mueller (who is presently at a Malibu rehab facility). Now, he has to contend with this latest batch of news.

First of all, it is being reported by E! News that Child Protective Services made a visit to Sheen's home on Sunday to check up on the 10-month old twins. Apparently everything was fine, since it is being described as a "short visit."

Meanwhile, Sheen is reportedly trying to stay away from joining Mueller in rehab. Why? He continues to believe that he doesn't have a problem. A source told Radar Online about the role alcohol played in the Christmas Day incident:

"He was up partying with her at night...And it’s no accident that he had a sober coach with him. He had a sober coach with him because he started drinking again and his friends and other people close to him are extremely worried.”

Sheen's representatives continue to deny that the actor is heading to rehab, but they have not publicly addressed the issue of drinking in detail.

All one would have to do is look at the people Charlie surrounds himself with to know whether or not he's got a substance abuse problem. His main dudes are major substance abusers - past AND present, and if they say otherwise, they're lying.
