Charlie Sheen won't be getting off easy for his alleged crime of domestic violence. According to TMZ, the "Two and a Half Men" star will be charged with felony menacing and misdemeanor assault in connection with the Christmas Day incident between himself and his wife, Brooke Mueller.
Sheen is scheduled to be on Monday to discuss the charges, though there are currently not any plans for him to enter a plea. Both attorneys from his side and Mueller's will also be hand to see if the protective order banning the couple from being together can be relaxed to a certain degree.
While Sheen continues to work in Los Angeles, Mueller recently left the recovery center in North Carolina she has been at for all of February. Her attorneys claim that she was not in rehab; rather, she was merely exhausted from all of the stress involving both the case and a recent bout with pneumonia.
