Charlie Sheen's police raid, stalker attack results in 36-hr media circus

Los Angeles Police confiscated Charlie Sheen's gun and ammunition matching a different caliber on Thursday. According to initial reports, police raided Sheen's Sherman Oaks, Calif. mansion in response to a suicide call from friends, but Sheen, along with multiple news sources, say the call had nothing to do with him turning the gun on himself.

CHARLIE'S DJ PAL: IT WAS "A BIZARRE AND FUN 36 HOURS"

Sheen, who was planning to throw back cheeseburgers with AUSSIE radio host DJ Dooley, was paraded around by police in his home for what Dooley called "a bizarre and fun 36 hours".

POLICE SEIZED "ANTIQUE" WEAPON AND BULLETS

Dooley's quoted as saying he saw no evidence of "guns, drugs or alcohol during his two visits to Sheen's house," but police reports of Sheen's house call include seizing "an 'antique' weapon and bullets of a different caliber," according to Sheen's attorney Mark Gross.

SUICIDE REPORTS UNCONFIRMED, FALSE IN LAPD VISIT

Despite reports claiming police were responding to a call of suicide threats from the 45-year-old actor, Sheen was merely in possession of "firearms and ammunition" that are against the orders of his restraining order from ex-wife Brooke Mueller.

SHEEN'S RESTRAINING ORDER REQUIREMENTS

"It came to our attention he does have firearms that are registered in his name," a rep for the LAPD told the New York Post. "And part of his restraining order states he cannot be in possession of any firearms and ammunition."

CHARLIE SHEEN TWITTER: "ALL REPORTS ARE FALSE"

The suicide threats? Not true, says Sheen, who updated his Twitter to read, "#fastball: all good here on homefront. all reports are false. I'll explain more very soon. #Dogspeed."

SECOND LAPD VISIT: "CRAZED STALKER" APPREHENDED BY SHEEN

As for the stalker, it was confirmed that once police left the house with Charlie's weapons and ammo, they returned mere hours later in response to a call made by Sheen himself who apprehended the man who "discovered his back yard" after scaling exterior protection fences.

WHO WAS CHARLIE SHEEN'S STALKER?

While the "crazed" stalker's mission remains undetermined, the man was identified as 26-year-old David Pack from Kansas City, Kansas and detained by police (Editor's Note: See video at left with paparazzi yelling, "What did you do?! What did you do?!")

CHARLIE SHEEN: "LAPD CAN PROTECT, SERVE THIS WARLOCK ANYTIME!!!"

"The LAPD were AWESOME," Sheen said, updating near 2.5 million Twitter followers on his situation. "Absolute pros! they can protect and serve this Warlock anytime!!!"
