Charlie Sheen may move back in with Brooke Mueller Tuesday

Charlie Sheen's time apart from wife Brooke Mueller may soon be over. According to a new report by TMZ, one of the goals for the "Two and a Half Men" star during Monday's court hearing is ensuring that he will be able to move back in with his wife as soon as Tuesday. A protective order has been blocking the couple from spending time together, but a judge could theoretically lift that in a matter of minutes.

However, Sheen still also has to face several other issues at Monday's court hearing, including a count of felony menacing. It's looking increasingly likely that the actor will negotiate a plea deal with prosecution, and will therefore be able to escape the felony charge and a potentially longer jail sentence. By all intensive purposes, it's still possible that Charlie could get out of this mess with a massive fine and community service.

Do you think that it is in Brooke Mueller's best interest for Charlie Sheen to move back in? Let me know your thoughts with a comment and I will have more on the Charlie Sheen case as it becomes available.

It's "all intents and purposes" not "intensive purposes" - God, we Americans are stupid!
