On March 13 Radar Online reports that Charlie Sheen is headed to court this week to slash his child support payments to Denise Richards because she's not allowing him to see their children, Sam and Lola.

Currently, Charlie is paying $55,000 a month in child support for his girls and he hasn't seen them since before the holidays. The house that Richards and the girls live in also belongs to Charlie. While attending to his child support matters, he also plans on asking the judge to evict his ex-wife from the house.

A source close to Sheen says that he is furious that he continues to pay Denise so much when he isn't allowed to see his children, isn't kept in the loop about what is going on with them, and hasn't gotten to see the children in several months.

Last year, Charlie made public claims that he planned to slash her child support, since $55,000 a month is excessive even in California, and is seemingly just now getting around to doing so. His new fiance has been working on cleaning up Charlie's life, so one begs to wonder whether if this is Charlie's doing or hers.
