Charlie Sheen finds himself on the receiving end of an angered and punitive Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, after they denied him the right to spend time with his own twin children Saturday. Charlie, 48, went on a tirade after his 4-year-old kids Bob and Max, were allowed to spend the night with their bio mom Brooke Mueller Thursday night. Sheen was supposedly fuming over the visit since Mueller just got out of rehab, according to TMZ on Nov. 4.
Sources claim that on Saturday, DCFS contacted Charlie Sheen's former wife Denise Richards, who has temporary guardianship over the twins, and they told her she was not allowed to take the children over to Charlie's house that day for a visit.
This curiously came just following the rant Sheen unloaded Thursday, in which he cursed out the department and the judge in the case, over allowing the kids to stay overnight with their 36-year-old mom.
Sheen said the DCFS was more interested in helping Brooke Mueller overcome her drug addictions than they were with protecting his children.
TMZ reported Friday that Brooke's lawyers intended to ask a judge to sanction Sheen for allegedly violating the gag orders in the custody and guardianship cases.
Charlie said Brooke has done a great deal of damage to their twins, even calling her an evil wh*re, among many other unsavory things, in his Thursday night Twitter rant.
"The only person more idiotic than Brooke in this case is the judge. The Dishonorable Judge Douchebag", Sheen added.
