Pet Helpers, a private, non-profit 501c 3 Adoption Center and Low Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic, is the Lowcountry’s only forever animal shelter. Their mission is to end the euthanasia of all adoptable cats and dogs. Additionally, Pet Helpers offers humane education programs, pursues animal cruelty prosecution, and initiates animal welfare legislation.
