Charles Barker is best known for his "Breaking Bad" role as Skinny Pete. On Aug. 17 IBTimes shares that Barker hopes his character will go out crying if he ends up being an unfortunate bystander of Heisenberg's.
Barker says that he was told by one of the writers that each episode he did was an audition for the next episode. Because of this, he says that you won't ever find a blooper reel of him messing up lines or acting goofy because he doesn't want to waste anyone's time and he wants to stay alive as long as possible. The first thing that he did with every script was to check and make sure that he didn't die.
During a reading of the third or fourth season, Charles Barker told one of the writers;
"If you kill me, make sure I’m crying, make it an emotional scene, because it’s going to be hard for me not to go: I don't want to die."
Skinny Pete worked hard at not getting killed off early in the show. He was and still is one of the nicest people on and off stage to everyone involved in "Breaking Bad." While Skinny Pete has been scarce this season, he says that he could still be killed off, or he could not. It's not up to him and he's not going to clarify anything about the season because he doesn't want to give anything away.
Do you hope that Skinny Pete lives?
