The economy has hit charities very hard. With more people in need of services and less funding available, it is becoming more and more difficult for charitable organizations to meet the needs of the community. In order to raise awareness of charities most in need this holiday season, Amanda Molé will be featuring one non-profit organization per week throughout the month of December.

How can I help?
- If you would like to make a direct monetary donation, please check out their website for information: http://www.purehope.org/about.html
- Go to http://www.goodsearch.com/ and register. Type in "A New Generation of Hernando" and click on "A New Generation of Hernando (Brooksville, FL)." Then, do all of your normal web activities -- web surfing, online shopping, etc. using Goodsearch instead of Google. Goodsearch makes a donation of a penny per page just for using their site! Additionally, with GoodShop, you can earn additional money through your online shopping. Over 2,500 top stores are available, with coupons to boot. GoodDining also lets you earn money while eating out. It’s easy!
- Add A New Generation on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/pages/A-New-Generation/177852082308590 One of their projects is to work out a deal with a sponsor to earn $1 per "like" they get. Help them get 100 “likes” by Christmas!
- Host a baby shower with your community group, business or church to collect gifts to stock the Earn While You Learn Partner’s Store. There is always a big need for diapers sizes 2-5 and baby wipes in particular.
- Host the “traveling playpen” in your business or church to collect diapers, wipes, and various baby supplies for the EWYL Partner’s Store.
- Host a presentation by A New Generation on the organization as a whole, or on one of various topics offered. Empower Parents, for example, deals with protecting our children in this sex saturated society.
