Charity and good lunches at Fatz Cafe

CHARLOTTE, NC- Been to Fatz Café recently?

The Southeast regional casual dining chain remains one of this writers favorites. Not only are they unique with consistent food quality, warm, comfortable interiors, and some of the friendliest servers in the area; but their Saturday “pancake charity events” makes them one of the best corporate citizens in the food game. The chains; Short Stacks for Big Change is a wonderful program to help local charities raise money. You can check it out here: http://www.fatz.com/about-us/fundraising.aspx

Meanwhile, Fatz continues to offer some great lunch specials. Some of our favorites include Lunch Calabash Chicken for $7.99, Fish and Chips for $6.99, and the chains Creation Station which allows you to build a small salad and entrée combo for $5.99. For more information go here.

There are two Fatz Café’s around Charlotte. One is located at 478 S. Herlong in Rock Hill, SC and the second is at 10920 Winds Crossing Drive in Charlotte.

Check out Fatz the next time you are craving a good lunch and let us know what you think!

““The life of a man consists not in seeing visions and in dreaming dreams, but in active charity and in willing service”

-Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
