So most people seem to be excited about the impending fall weather. Here in Dallas I believe we are a few months away from cooler temperatures. We're headed towards 100 again today...
However, fall is coming even in these Southern states. The changing of the seasons is a perfect time to re-visit your skincare routine and make some needed adjustments.
For me personally, I'm looking to add a new treatment product specifically for uneven skin tone and dark spots. I haven't picked out one yet but have been shopping around. As a pale-face, uneven tone and sun damage show up very easily. There are many options available, from homemade recipes to expensive department store brands.
The Vitamin C in horseradish and lemons help slow melanin production as well as function as antioxidants. The lactic acid found in plain yogurt can help gently remove dead skin cells.
Personally, I'm considering one of the skin care treatments from Paula's Choice, specifically her BHA 9. The claims are quite amazing and luckily she sells samples of almost every single product she offers.
What will you be looking to change/add/remove from your own regimen?
