Another comfortable night is in store before a Southerly wind begins to bring a returned threat of high humidity and warmer temps nearing 90 by Saturday. There will be a slight risk of a few storms late tomorrow afternoon as a warm front lifts through but the main threat of storms will not be until late Saturday and lasting into midweek next week. Storms at any time may produce heavy rainfall and gusty winds. The best threat for severe storms appears to be late Monday and Monday night as a stronger storm system from the Plains moves East into our region. This front appears to wash out midweek. This means a brief break will move in midweek, however it appears the long term forecast shows more scattered storms and more high humidity.
