USTA Texas Executive Director Ken McAllister presented T.C. Chang with the organization’s Senior Spirit Award for 2013 at the Houston Tennis Association’s annual meeting.

Chang, an HTA past president and current advisory board member, won the same award ten years earlier. His national ranking in the men’s 80 age division is No. 9 in singles and No. 6 in doubles. In Texas he has been ranked No. 1 in singles and in doubles for the last two years.
