The popular Échale! Latino Music Estyles series of concerts return to Pearl starting this Sunday March 16, 2014. It’s a series of free concerts held at the Pearl Amphitheatre and its purpose is to celebrate Latin music and promote the preservation of Latin American arts and culture. Guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs and blankets. Parking is available onsite and at the Kohler garage.

The lineup for the fourth annual Échale! Latino Music Estyles concerts is as follows:
Sunday March 16 at 5p.m. - Ana Tijoux, Federico Aubele and Natalia Clavier
Ana Tijou is a Grammy nominated French-Chilean musician who started her career as the female MC of hip-hop group Makiza during the 1990s. Federico Aubele is a singer songwriter whose music has been featured in television and movies; he has performed in the Austin City Limits Music Festival. Natalia Clavier is a traveling singer and musician from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Friday April 4 at 7p.m. - Brown Sabbath and Bombasta
Brown Sabbath is a Black Sabbath tribute band and the alter ego to Austin’s band Brownout. Bombasta is a San Antonio band that mixes many genres of music including cumbia, hip hop, reggae, salsa, Latino funk and more.
Friday May 9 at 7p.m. – Sonido San Francisco, Chicha Libre and DMK
Sonido San Francisco is from Mexico and combines cumbia and Columbian music. Chica Libre is a band from Brooklyn that creates mixes of Chicha classic songs, French tinged-originals and 70s pop classics. DMK is a Depeche-Mode cover band from Bogota Colombia.
