Approximately 47 per cent of women in the UK who measure in at size 14. Hosiery brand Cette is planning on catering to the demographic with amazing technology for tights that will fit up to a size 34 and will be made with Lycra Xceptionelle, a new Lycra technology still awaiting a patent.

The new creation of 20 denier tights are made to offer comfortable compression and a reinforced inner thigh without pinching and tightness. Rivkie Baum, Editor-in-Chief of plus size magazine SLinK said: "These tights sound like a plus size girls dream."

MyTights.com who sell the new line of tights saw a 41 per cent increase and pre-orders are skyrocketing. The site now sells a variety starting at UK dress sizes 20-22 and go up to 32-34 starting at £12.95.
