Reality star Snooki hit CES 2013 today (Wednesday) where she showed off a new line of headphones that can easily double as hair accessories and jewelry. Snooki's branded headphones are not only slim like a headband, they're also disguised with animal print, feathers, bows, and flowers. The "Jersey Shore" star also debuted a pair of ear buds that look like feather earrings. "These are my favorite. It also looks like you are wearing earrings, you don’t have to put on earrings,” the accessory-loving starlet told ABC.
Snooki dubs her unique new line of Snooki Couture by Nicole Polizzi for iHip: "Fashion you can hear." “I’m so excited to have headphones with style! I love listening to my music and being accessorized," Snooki said in a statement released by iHip earlier this week. She said she came up with the concept for fashionable audio gear because she's personally struggled with finding cute gadgets. "I have always been into music and technology, but I feel like nothing is fashion accessible and nothing is cute.”
Snooki is ready for second baby 4 months after Lorenzo's birth
Snooki also debuted a bedazzled high heel phone -- it's a land line if anyone still has one of them. She's also working on a line of iPhone and iPad cases and a handheld device that plugs into an smartphone.
The new Snooki Couture iHip headline collection will hit retailers nationwide this summer. As the MTV reality star strives to do with all her products, she's keeping the audio gadgets line affordable for her fans. Prices range from $25 to $60.
Along with her line of headband-inspired headphones, Snooki's growing empire also includes lines of shoes, clothes, bags, slippers, hair accessories, makeup, nail polish, and sunglasses.
The 2013 Consumer Electronics Show continues through Friday, Jan. 11 in Las Vegas.
