Attention all cat lovers. The thirteenth annual Central Jersey Cat Fanciers cat show is taking place once again at the Sheraton Parsippany Hotel in Parsippany, New Jersey. The show dates are Friday through Sunday, January 10-12, 2014.
Dubbed “The Spirit of America,” there are 250 cats scheduled to participate and compete this year. Cats are coming from all over the country as well as several from outside the United States. Judging will take place in 20 rings during this three-day event.
Don’t miss your opportunity to see a variety of different breeds of cats including Persians, Siamese, Bengals, Sphynx, Maine Coons, Munchkins, Ragdolls, Savannahs and more.
Final awards will be presented in each category as well as the Spectator's Choice Awards. A “Parade of Breeds” will be staged on Saturday and Sunday around noon each day.
Get ready to shop while you are there. A variety of vendors will be selling gift items, jewelry, cat toys, scratching posts for your pets, pet magazines and more.
The rescue group, Angel Paws, has been invited back and will set up an area for those interested in adopting a rescue animal. They will be bringing homeless pets looking for their new forever homes.
