Wayne Gibson, of Belleview, was arrested Friday night for ordering his dog to attack another dog near Southeast 116th Street reported mynews13.com.

Witnesses report as Gibson approached one of the homes, he walked with his leashed dog to the backyard of the property, released his dog and told him to attack.

The owner of the second dog was notified of the fight and immediately returned home, but told authorities Gibson would not call off his dog.

Gibson was charged with deliberately causing a fight between the two dogs. The second dog sustained a serious injury to his leg; Gibson's dog suffered from bites and cuts.

No reasons were given why Gibson sicced his dog on another dog.

He is currently in the Marion County Jail in lieu of $2,000 bond.
