Central City Tap House opens in Kalamazoo

Beer lovers and pub-grub fans alike will love the new restaurant opening up downtown this week. Central City Tap House, the newest of the Millienium Restaurant Group locations, will have the feel of a pub or ale house you might find in a European town.

In addition to homemade soups, schnitzel, lamb burger sliders and other beer-friendly foods, Central City Tap House will also offer a raw seafood bar. Several Michigan breweries, including Bell's, Arcadia, Dark Horse and Founder's, will be featured on the list of beers. Guests can also enjoy a range of North America and imported brews, including everything from Goose Island to Dogfish Head to Schneider.

Following a preview at the Taste of Kalamazoo last weekend, the Central City Tap House will officially open this Friday, July 30 at 5 pm. The restaurant is located downtown in the Epic Center, next to Epic Bistro.
